We sit with the people who do the work. We map the process, find the real bottleneck, and tell you honestly if software isn't the answer.
A written scope with phases, prices and a definition of done. You see clickable designs before we write production code — changes are cheap here, expensive later.
Short iterations with working software at the end of each. Automated tests, code review and a staging environment you can log into any day of the week.
We deploy it, monitor it, document it and hand over the keys. Stay on a support agreement or take it fully in-house — the source is yours either way.

Multi-tenant platform
A compliance platform had been delivered to eight organisations as eight copied repositories. Every fix had to be applied eight times, and they had quietly drifted apart. We rebuilt it as one monorepo where each client is a manifest and a set of plugins rather than a fork, with an isolated database per client and versioned, idempotent migrations.
Result — eight client deployments now ship from one codebase, and a fix is written once.
Platform engineering
Several operational web applications for one client, each otherwise reinventing authentication, real-time data, state and UI. We built them on a common set of internal packages instead, containerised and delivered through path-filtered Azure pipelines so every app builds and releases on its own.
Result — one hardened foundation across the suite, with every application still deploying independently.
Web & content
A published author needed a site that didn't require a developer every time a title, event or page changed. We built the front end for speed and search visibility, and put the content behind a headless CMS with an editing interface shaped around how they actually work.
Result — content, imagery and new pages published by the client directly, with no deployment involved.
About
We exist because good software shouldn't require a nine-month discovery phase and a project manager per developer. We're deliberately small, deliberately senior, and we stay with what we build.
