Terms for frontforge Shopify apps
These terms cover the apps we publish on the Shopify App Store. Today that is Picksheet. Installing an app means you accept them; if you do not, do not install it.
How we handle personal data is on the app privacy page, with the formal terms in the data processing agreement.
1. Who you are dealing with
- frontforge Pty Ltd, ABN 80 600 354 283, of Narangba QLD, Australia.
- Merchant of record: frontforge Pty Ltd.
- Contact: frontforge.com/support.
2. What the app does
Picksheet lets you view and select unfulfilled orders, generate a combined pick list grouped by SKU, generate per-order pack slips with shipping details, and see your print history and usage against the plan limit.
3. Plans and billing
Free
- 30 orders per calendar day, resetting at midnight.
- No card required.
- Support by email, best effort, usually within 48 to 72 hours.
Pro — $15 USD per month
- Unlimited orders.
- A 14-day free trial, with no charge during it. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; leave it running and it converts to a paid subscription.
- Priority support, usually within 24 hours.
How billing works
- All charges run through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. We never handle your card.
- Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not refund partial months.
- A failed payment may suspend the service.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully. Specifically, do not:
- use it to break any law or regulation;
- try to reach parts of it you have not been given access to;
- interfere with or disrupt how it runs;
- use it to generate spam or fraudulent orders; or
- reverse engineer it or try to extract its source.
5. Your data
Installing the app gives it access to the Shopify store data it needs — for Picksheet, your orders and products. It reads customer names and shipping addresses from those orders when you print, and does not store them. It does not request customer email addresses or phone numbers.
The detail is on the app privacy page and in the data processing agreement, which governs where these terms and it differ on personal data.
6. Who owns what
The app, and everything original in it, belongs to frontforge Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business.
7. Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime and do not guarantee it. We may run scheduled maintenance with notice, take the service down for emergency maintenance, and change or withdraw features with notice.
8. Support
Support runs through frontforge.com/support. Free plan: best effort, usually 48 to 72 hours. Pro: usually within 24 hours. There is no phone support.
9. No warranties
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of any kind — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, the accuracy or reliability of what it produces, or uninterrupted and error-free operation.
Nothing here excludes a guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that applies to you. Where such a guarantee applies and we are permitted to limit our liability for breaching it, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, frontforge Pty Ltd is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
- loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity;
- damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the app; or
- errors in a pick list or pack slip that lead to a shipping mistake.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law and, for personal data, a data subject's rights under Article 82 of the GDPR.
11. Indemnity
You indemnify frontforge Pty Ltd against claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the app, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
12. Ending it
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app, and cancelling the subscription if you have one.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, act fraudulently, or do not pay. When access ends, it ends immediately, your data is deleted on the schedule in the privacy documents — 48 hours after uninstall, when Shopify sends the shop redaction webhook — and partial months are not refunded.
13. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the app, and the effective date above changes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
14. Shopify's terms as well
Your use of the app is also subject to Shopify's terms of service, acceptable use policy and App Store terms. Where they and these conflict, the more restrictive applies.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
16. The rest
If any provision is unenforceable, the others stand. These terms, with the privacy documents linked above, are the whole agreement between us about the app.
17. Contact
